DailEasy is HR management and scheduling software built exclusively for community pharmacies.

Developed by pharmacists, the platform makes daily life easier for pharmacy teams with smart scheduling, leave management, a QR code time clock, compliance with the industry’s collective bargaining agreement and a built-in AI assistant.

The challenge: speaking to the profession before talking about the software

HR software is hard to demo on screen: the benefits are measured in time saved, not buttons clicked.

Our challenge was to build a video that could:

• lay out the real challenges of running a pharmacy

• show the essential features without piling them up

• make the time savings visible

• highlight that the tool is designed by pharmacists

• speak to a pharmacy owner, not a software buyer

So we built the video around concrete situations rather than around the interface.

Our approach: educational motion design rooted in everyday reality

We created modern, dynamic and educational motion design, with storytelling centered on everyday situations in the pharmacy.

Every sequence was designed to showcase DailEasy’s benefits, make the product easier to understand and show how the platform lets pharmacists focus on their real priority: their patients.

In particular, we worked on:

• staging real on-the-job situations

• making the schedule easy to read on screen

• demonstrating the QR code time clock

• prioritizing the features

• a reassuring, professional tone
